Due to the perishable nature of our tea, we cannot accept returns on opened products, but we are committed to making it right if your order isn't perfection. If you received the wrong item or a damaged package, please reach out within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.

Verify that your items are unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Spill the Tea
Email our support team with your order number and a photo of any damaged goods to initiate the request.
Send it Back
Once approved, pack your items securely and use the provided shipping label to send them back to our blending facility.
